RGV Speed Camp in Mercedes
RGV Pop Warner and South Texas Select Showcase will be having a Speed Camp in Mercedes featuring Carl Greenwood & D.J. Monroe. The speed camp will focus on speed, power, flexibility and several other agility drills.
Though this camp may seem football oriented, this camp is open and beneficial to athletes of all sports. All athletes are encouraged to attend.
